One initial appointment of up to 30 minutes. Phone and video options available.
Introductory session
A chance to discuss your current situation and goals, to get to know us and our approach to therapy, and for you to assess whether we are the right fit for you. There is no fee for this session.
Individual Counselling (telehealth)
One telehealth counselling session of at least 50 minutes. Phone and video options available.

Regular fee
For high income earners.
Reduced fee
For middle income earners.

The fee for this service varies, based on the type of support you need and your capacity to pay.
