Introductory session (telehealth)
One initial appointment of up to 30 minutes. By phone or video.
Introductory session
A chance to discuss your current situation and goals, to get to know us and our approach to therapy, and for you to assess whether we are the right fit for you. There is no fee for this session.
Individual Therapy
One therapy session of 50-60 minutes. Telehealth or face-to-face.

Regular fee
For high income earners.
Reduced fee
For middle income earners.

We provide information, referrals, and advocacy on a case-by-case basis. Use the contact form to enquire.
Case work
The fee for this service varies, based on the type of support you need and your capacity to pay.
We understand that families and households come in all shapes and sizes, and that income does not always reflect capacity to pay. When choosing a fee, choose whichever fits your situation best. For suggested income brackets, please see the FAQ page.
