Introductory session (telehealth)
One initial appointment of up to 30 minutes. Phone and video options available.
Introductory session
A chance to discuss your current situation and goals, to get to know us and our approach to therapy, and for you to assess whether we are the right fit for you. There is no fee for this session.
Individual Counselling (telehealth)
One telehealth counselling session of at least 50 minutes (and up to one hour). Phone and video options available.

For high income earners.

We provide information, referrals, and advocacy on a case-by-case basis. Use the contact form to enquire.
Case work
The fee for this service varies, based on the type of support you need and your capacity to pay.
Choosing your fee level: We understand that families and households come in all shapes and sizes, and that income does not always accurately reflect capacity to pay for therapy. When choosing a fee, choose whichever fits your situation best.
