A late cancellation fee applies when cancelling within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. We may waive this fee if there were circumstances out of your control.
A non-attendance fee applies when cancelling within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment, including 'no shows.' This may include travel fees if we have travelled to meet with you.
We understand that families and households come in all shapes and sizes, and that income does not always reflect capacity to pay. When choosing a fee, choose whichever fits your situation best. For suggested income brackets, please see the FAQ page.
