We believe that healing happens in connection to ourselves, each other, and the planet. We commit to supporting your individual goals, and your connection to community.

Safety & Inclusion

Connection & Community

Safety & Inclusion

We believe that mental health care should be safe, accessible, and inclusive - full stop. We commit to providing a safe service.

Our Commitment to Safe Practice

Our commitment

Our practice consciously strives to model anti-racist, anti-ableist, anti-classist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, and neuro-affirming behaviour. We recognize that the work of being an anti-oppressive practitioner is ongoing. We commit to being honest, accountable, and making amends to the best of our ability if at any point, we don't meet our own standards.
