We provide nature-based walking therapy as an alternative to traditional sit-down talk therapy. Walking therapy can provide more stimulation than a sit-down chat, making it more accessible to anyone who prefers not to sit still! Time in nature, mindfulness, and movement, are all added benefits of walking therapy.
This therapy can be adapted to your body and access needs. There is no requirement to be physically fit or to walk for the entire 50-minute session. If you’re not sure it’s right for you, please reach out!
